Gardens of Canal Court

Canal Court is an apartment community located directly on the downtown canal in Indianapolis, offering residents immediate access to one of the city’s most walkable and scenic areas.

The community provides convenient access to restaurants, entertainment, and cultural destinations throughout downtown, while maintaining a residential living environment along the canal.

Apartment homes include one- and two-bedroom layouts with practical designs for everyday living. Residents have access to on-site parking, including carports and garages, and community amenities such as a swimming pool.

Canal Court is part of The Sexton Companies, a family-owned, women-owned company with owner-built and managed communities. Residents benefit from responsive maintenance, streamlined leasing, and a focus on reliable, service-driven living.

Floor Plan

Application fees and holding fees must be paid to reserve an apartment or to apply to the waitlist. 
Waitlist applicants may enter a preferred move-in date. However, there is no guarantee an apartment will be available by the preferred move-in date. 
Please Note: Some of our floor plan styles have walk-through video tours. These tours are intended to convey the general layout & style of the apartment floor pIan. Some features shown (carpeting, appliances, etc…) may vary from unit to unit. Please consult with our leasing staff for more details.
 
Waitlist applicants may enter a preferred move-in date. However, there is no guarantee an apartment will be available by the preferred move-in date. 
*Applicants under the age of 21 require a guarantor.  
*Guarantors must make five times the rent in order to qualify.
*Security Deposit starts at One Month Rent Pending Application Approval.
*Administration Fee: $350.00 for 1 Bedrooms, $400.00 for 2 Bedrooms, $500.00 for Townhomes. 
 Administration Fee is non-refundable and due at move-in.

Comments: Cat & Dog Friendly

Restrictions: No pets weighing more than 40 lbs combined weight (full growth) are permitted. The following breeds of dog are prohibited: Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, Chow Chow, Pitbull, Presa Canarios, and German Shepherd. Pet deposit required. No monthly pet fee.
