I really enjoyed living at Gardens of Canal Court. The location is excellent and having the canal right there was great for walking and getting outside, and you’re still just minutes from downtown Indianapolis. The front office was also very responsive anytime something came up. When I needed a repair or had a question, they were quick to help and easy to work with. Overall it was a great place to live and I had a really good experience there.

I am starting my 4th year at Gardens of Canal Court. They have been amazing in my time here. Anytime that I have had an issue, maintenance is on it quickly! And the office always follows up to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction! They are polite and easy to work with! The pool is enjoyable (in the summer lol). Parking is free unless you want a garage. My apartment is spacious and I enjoy my fireplace in this cold! Lastly, they just cleaned my carpet for free after I renewed my
